San Francisco Community Health Center is proud to honor Transgender History Month for the month of August! San Francisco has long been a beacon for trans liberation, and this month, we reflect on the legacy of those who paved the way and recommit to building a future rooted in equity, safety, and joy for all trans people.

Throughout August, we’ll be hosting special events across all of our sites to uplift the trans community, share stories, and foster connection. Some events are for for clients only. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
