The Kiki Lounge
August 20, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
The Kiki Lounge, where you can chat and be yourself among Queer Asian & Pacific Islander Guys!
Topic: Racism in API Culture
While racism is often associated with non people of color, it can also be upheld by people of color. Growing up with racism within our families and communities is often a shared experience for many APIs. Our next Kiki Lounge will provide a safe space to explore what it looks like to live with and in opposition to this reality. They say that skinfolk aren’t always kinfolk, and we invite you to come and share whether this is something you’ve experienced and something you seek to change.
When: Thursday, August 20th | 6:30 PM – 9 PM
Where: Online, via Zoom
Who: Queer Asian & Pacific Islander guys

We are a health and social space for Asian & Pacific Islander men-who-like men (trans & cis) ages 18 and up who live, work, party, and/or go to school in San Francisco.
We deliver our programming through social support, recreational activities, drop-in groups, educational workshops, and peer counseling. Our mission is to provide HIV and Substance Abuse Prevention education, fight homophobia, HIV/AIDS and Substance Abuse stigma, and build community.
