Your medical staff can connect you to counseling, therapy, case management, and community services—everything you need to reach health, wellness, and equality.

Payment Information

Patients can meet with an eligibility worker to be screened for insurance eligibility. We currently accept Medi-cal (including San Francisco Health Plan, Anthem Blue Cross, and Health Plan of San Mateo), Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross and some additional private insurance plans. Please call us or your insurance carrier if you have questions about coverage.

We will never turn a patient away based on inability to pay. All patients are screened for eligibility to pay for their visit(s) on a sliding scale based on income and family size. Please bring supporting documents with you to your first visit, such as proof of income or proof of unemployment to consider in determining your visit’s cost.

Prescription Refills

For medication refills, please contact your pharmacy first and they will contact the provider to fill the prescription.

For Medical Emergencies DO NOT come to clinic. CALL 9-1-1 Immediately.
