Tenderloin Neighborhood Vaccination Site at GLIDE Providing
Low-Barrier Access to Residents.
GLIDE, in partnership with the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH), University of Californian, San Francisco’s Benioff Homelessness and Housing Initiative (BHHI), Life Sciences Cares-Bay Area, and San Francisco Community Health Center (SFCHC), has brought a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination site to the 300 block of Ellis in San Francisco’s Tenderloin. The weekly pop-up site began operations on March 25, 2021, to provide greater access and equity to a diverse and marginalized community of both housed and unhoused residents.
The vaccination site operates every Thursday from 1:30pm to 5:00pm at 330 Ellis Street
How to Register
You can pre-register at GLIDE in person, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Walk-In Center triage desk OR you can do same day walk-up registration and vaccinations. Please come early to ensure availability.
Who is Eligible?
The site is intended for housed and unhoused residents of the Tenderloin and open for those who meet current city and state eligibility requirements.
Which Vaccine?
We currently offering FDA approved vaccines which are:
Each week we may offer a different vaccine depending on the supply available. Both Pfizer and Moderna require two doses and return visit. Our team will work to follow up with you ensure your second dose.

More about the Tenderloin Vaccination Site
The site is intended for all 16 yo and older, housed and unhoused residents of the Tenderloin as well as clients and patients of SFCHC, GLIDE and people who work in the Tenderloin. It is not open to all the residents of San Francisco as our efforts are focused on helping the community of the Tenderloin to increase vaccination rates.
There is no cost.
This site is specifically intended for residents of the Tenderloin who meet the current eligibility requirements for a vaccine in San Francisco.
