Know Your Rights - August Crackdown on Homeless People

Mayor Breed and Gavin Newsom have announced big crackdowns on homeless people starting August 1, 2024.

The Coalition on Homelessness has created a Know Your Rights resource for homeless people. Homeless people still have rights, but they are at risk of arrest with promised crackdown coming up on August 1st.
