Heartbeats of the Ocean
This Pride Month, we embrace SF Pride's theme of "Beacon of Love" with our own resonant theme: "Heartbeats of the Ocean." At San Francisco Community Health Center, we are privileged to be a beacon and the life preservers for our vibrant and diverse community—the hearts of our ocean. From our unhoused neighbors to LGBTQ+ folks, from historically oppressed people to those battling addiction or chronic illnesses, our doors are open, our services accessible, and our hearts steadfast.
In the spirit of Pride, we celebrate the incredible diversity that makes up our community. Our commitment is rooted in the principle that healthcare and social services are fundamental rights. We are for, by, and of our communities and deeply understand the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people and remain dedicated to addressing these with affirming care and belonging. We work to create a safe harbor, a place where every individual is seen, heard, and valued. Our services are lifelines, ensuring that each person can navigate their journey with dignity, support, and agency.

Proudly API
The Lotus Project and Stop the Hate programs present ‘Proudly AAPI,’ a campaign that aims celebrating the intersection of API and LGBTQ identities and to nurture holistic well-being within our diverse community.
