TransLink

TransLink is a transformative 6-month program designed for transgender women of color, aged 25 and older, living in San Francisco. Our mission is to reduce rates of HIV, STIs, and Hepatitis C while fostering empowerment, resilience, and community connection.

Through culturally competent and holistic support, TransLink links participants to essential resources and services to help them thrive. As part of the program, participants can earn $270+ in incentives while building skills and accessing opportunities.

TransLink also offers dynamic support groups focused on creating community, building resilience, and exploring creative expression in a safe and welcoming space.
