TransLink
TransLink emerges as a beacon of empowerment and support for a demographic often facing systemic challenges. This peer-focused initiative is designed to significantly reduce the risk of substance use, HIV infection, STI, and viral hepatitis infection among homeless and unstably housed transgender women.
STAHR (San Francisco Transgender Alliance for Health Resources)
STAHR is a Health Access Point program focused on meeting the needs of trans women in SF. Led by trans women, STAHR provides comprehensive training and technical assistance to reduce HIV, STD, and HCV infections while improving health and quality of life.
The Lotus Project
The Lotus Project is a community health and social safe space for and by Asian & Pacific Islander Gay, Bi, Trans, and Queer men and Trans women, in collaboration with San Francisco Community Health Center and UCSF Alliance Health Project.
