Melisa, a Puerto Rico native, is currently a Senior Software Backend Engineer for Cash App Banking Team team. Previously, she worked as Mobile Engineering Manager for the Cash App Taxes workstream and managed the Weebly by Square Android app that empowers entrepreneurs to start their small business journey to sell online. Melisa also serves on multiple boards of directors for the San Francisco Community Health Center & Horizons Foundation, both dedicated to providing some form of care and support for LGBTQ+ communities in San Francisco and the broader Bay Area. In her spare time, she's also a fitness enthusiast and avid dancer.
